If you want to know how the resources on the project are allocated, check out these reporting models built into Project Online. In just a few clicks you can see charts and tables comparing resource availability and capacity that you can adapt as needed.
1. In the left menu click ‘Resources’ – this will bring you to the resources tab, visible in the top ribbon navigation.
2.- Select the resources you are interested in including to the report and,
3.- Click “Capacity Planning.”
You can now see resource utilization graphically in a chart, across all your projects.
